Moving From The Heart

After our January info meeting, we kick off the series of SEED events with our first session “Moving From the Heart”. SEED stands for Space for Exploration, Embodiment and Dialogue, and this event will be inspired by the first E: Exploration. We will explore, through movement and music, how we move from the heart. What does it mean to move from the heart? And why do even want or need to move in this way?
Each event is facilitated by two people from the group, rotating every session, and this one will be headed by movement artist Keren Hoffman and musician Frederik Bøje. Both have experience with many forms of artistic movement and will guide us in using our bodies to explore questions and inspire our actions.
