Each workshop contains reflection and sharing, to deepen our knowledge and experience and allow for a wide range of emotions and experiences.
Spontaneous Flow
SEED workshops are planned by two facilitators, but they also leave room to flow with the group. Here the group embarked on an unplanned session with a textile that allowed us to feel all that comes with being inside and outside a group.
